The market is getting hotter for springtime. Buyer are out in full force not only because of the spring time buying season, but it also seems like interest rates are rising. Prices are still low and now is a great time to purchase a home.

It looks to me like the clouds are finally lifting on the Marin market. All we want is it to become more stable.
