Fred simultaneously handled two transactions for me. The first was my Aunt and Uncle’s home in Fairfax and the second was a duplex for my nonprofit organization. He sold the duplex before there was even an open house. The closing was seamless. My Aunt and Uncle’s home was a challenging sale because the condition of the property needed significant attention prior to the sale. Fred almost single-handedly arranged for the work that needed to be completed before the property went on the market. Freddie has been the best real estate agent ever. We had been thinking about moving for the past few years but were never quite sure when the time would be right. I met Freddie at an open house that he was listing almost 2 years ago. He was the only agent out of so many who kept in touch with me over that time.
